DECEMBER 2022 - VOLUME 13

As the year comes to a close,  we're reflecting on the progress we've made — none of which would be possible without you. With 2023 on the horizon, we're highlighting some topics of critical interest to the industry.

Meeting the challenges of a changing workforce.

“Workforce development” used to mean hiring more men than you needed, and then sifting through them until you find the ones worth keeping.

But that doesn’t work anymore. And we can do better.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Today, talent is available from historically under-represented demographics across the country.  Building a skilled, diverse, and inclusive workforce is the way forward. These national organizations provide helpful resources.

The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) provides education, support, and networking opportunities to help women advance in the industry.

DiversityInc is a non-profit organization committed to breaking down barriers and educating business leaders on the many benefits of developing a diverse and inclusive workforce.

The Association of General Contractors’ Culture of CARE program promotes diversity and inclusion within the construction industry and provides tools and educational resources to help.

Job-site success

Projects require coordination across stakeholders, office-field communication, dependency management, real-time collaboration, and information sharing.

It all starts during Preconstruction Planning.

Construction quality is critical to meeting budget & time milestones. Commitment to a Quality Mindset Culture is fundamental.

As we wrap up 2022 and look forward to a prosperous 2023, we renew our resolve to help contractors deliver projects efficiently.

We built Linarc to solve your most pressing problems with automation and technology. So with that in mind… How can we help?
